How long does delivery take? ▼
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days across Europe. For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow 3–5 weeks. All orders are tracked and you'll receive regular updates by email and SMS. We offer white-glove delivery — our team brings items inside and places them where you want.
What is your return policy? ▼
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition. We'll arrange free pickup for any eligible return. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Do you offer a warranty? ▼
Yes — all Haven & Co furniture comes with a 5-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects, frame integrity, and hardware. Upholstery and surface finishes carry a 2-year warranty. If anything fails under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Simply contact our customer care team.
Can I customise the fabric, colour, or size? ▼
Absolutely. Most of our collection is available in multiple fabric options, colours, and configurations. For custom sizing, please contact our team for a bespoke quote. Our interior consultants can send fabric samples directly to your home — completely free of charge. Lead time for custom pieces is typically 3–5 weeks.
Is assembly included? ▼
White-glove delivery includes placement in your chosen room. Professional in-home assembly is available as an add-on service starting at €49 depending on your location and product. Many of our pieces also arrive pre-assembled or require minimal setup — our product pages note this clearly.
Do you deliver internationally? ▼
We deliver to 42 countries across Europe, including the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Delivery costs and timelines vary by destination. Please enter your postcode at checkout or contact us for a shipping quote. Import duties (where applicable) are the customer's responsibility outside the EU.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer, PayPal, and Klarna pay-in-3 instalments. For orders over €2,000, we also offer a tailored payment plan — contact us to discuss options.
Can I see products in person? ▼
Yes! Our Copenhagen showroom is open Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm. We also have partner showrooms in Berlin, Amsterdam, and Paris. Contact us to book a private consultation — our designers will walk you through the collection based on your specific space and style preferences.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

Haven & Co delivers to 42 countries across Europe. All orders are processed within 2 business days of confirmed payment.

Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces take 3–5 weeks. You will receive email and SMS updates at every stage.

Our white-glove delivery service includes: placing items in your chosen room, basic assembly where applicable, and removal of all packaging materials.

Delivery Costs

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact [email protected] to initiate a return — we will arrange free collection.

Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Mattresses and bedding are also non-returnable once unwrapped for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange priority replacement or repair at no cost to you.
